Position Title: Account and Tele Executive

Job Summary:
The Account and Tele Executive is responsible for managing various accounting functions and handling customer inquiries via telephone. This role combines administrative tasks related to accounts, such as processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining records, with customer service duties, such as addressing queries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, customer service, or a related role.

- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
